Two new trainees start their future at Hytera Mobilfunk
The start of professional life: with Paula Grammes and Timm Buchwald, two new trainees started their training at Hytera Mobilfunk at the beginning of August.
While Timm will learn everything an IT specialist for system integration needs to know from his colleagues in IT over the next three years, Paula is strengthening the marketing team as a prospective management assistant for marketing communication. "This is a premiere for us. This is the first time we have provided training in this area and we are very pleased about it", says Aleksandra Wodzinowska, personnel officer at Hytera Mobilfunk. "The training and advancement of young experts are very important for us. We always provide training with the option of retaining our trainees over the long-term also after the training period." The company is currently training a total of six young people on the Bad Münder site; these include industrial management assistants and a warehouse logistics expert in the second and third training year.
Working independently
Hytera Mobilfunk offers the trainees in the company a friendly, professional working environment with flat hierarchies and exciting tasks that provide plenty of space for active participation. "Our trainees are fully integrated colleagues who work independently and take on responsibility", says Aleksandra Wodzinowska. Within the company, the young employees and trainees are organized into the "Representative Body for Young Workers and Trainees". There they can exchange information with people of the same age, implement their own ideas and undertake joint projects.
The new trainee Paula already had the opportunity to become more familiar with the company and the tasks in marketing during an internship. "I am looking forward to an interesting and exciting time", she says.
Job vacancies for experts
The company based in Bad Münder near Hanover is constantly growing. For this reason, Hytera Mobilfunk is also looking for new experts who want to strengthen the team. "Above all, we are looking for engineers from the areas of telecommunications and communications engineering, as well as software developers", says personnel officer Aleksandra Wodzinowska.
