Integrated RFID reader
With the integrated RFID reader, the PD415 can read information from an RFID tag and transmit this information automatically by radio. In this way the radio supports the Hytera Patrol System.
Conventional DMR radio with integrated RFID reader.
With new software: As a result of legal patent litigations, the TDMA direct mode was removed for digital operation. With the Hytera patented Pseudo Trunking two parallel calls in direct mode are still possible.
The PD415 DMR handheld radio gives you conventional DMR radio and an integrated RFID reader. As part of the Hytera Patrol System it is the ideal radio for security personnel who patrol complex buildings. The PD415 is particularly enduring and achieves with the rechargeable battery supplied operation times of up to remarkable 16 hours in digital mode.
With the integrated RFID reader, the PD415 can read information from an RFID tag and transmit this information automatically by radio. In this way the radio supports the Hytera Patrol System.
The Hytera Patrol System is a patrol system for the management of patrol information. This solution enables the positions of security personnel to be monitored centrally and in real time on a digital map.
With its embedded digital technology the PD415 produces outstanding voice quality even in noisy environments and at the outer perimeter of radio coverage.
Thanks to the TDMA process, the PD415 enables you to configure the available bandwidth with double the number of channels compared to the conventional analog radio. This has a clear mitigating effect on increasing spectrum scarcity.
This function ensures that the PD415 can detect analog and digital signals and change automatically to the relevant operating mode.
The PD415 handheld radio is dust and water-resistant according to IP54, and meets the US military standard MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G.
With its battery service life of up to 16 hours in digital mode, the PD415 shows stamina and is therefore reliable even when deployed for long periods.
Basic encryption without using algorithms improves immunity to eavesdropping.
