2014 Winter Olympic Games - international sporting event was held from 7 to 23 in February 2014 in Sochi, Russia. This is the major sporting event in winter sports. A total of 98 events in 15 winter sport disciplines were held during the Games. About 100 000 people visited Olympic venues every day.
The organizers of Sochi Winter Olympic Games required Hytera to provide a solution of radio communications infrastructure to support on-call network support and backup service, mobil teams of base stations service, duty dispatch service and emergency communication service, providing ability of geo location and voice recording.
