Salym Petroleum Development N.V. was established in 1996 as the joint venture of "Shell" group and Russian oil company "Evikhon" for the development of Salym fields. The Salym project is the biggest oil field in the world. The total volume of produced oil has exceeded 65 mln tons from the beginning of the Salym project implementation.
Salym Petroleum Development N.V. required the hand-held radios with fully-featured function in the existing radio communication system of TETRA standard and meeting with the explosion safety standards. What's more, it is a necessity of hand-held radios to be upgrade available considering the customers' budget.
