Slough, UK, March 27, 2012—The Duke of York today officially opened Hytera’s relocated UK headquarters in Slough. At the opening ceremony, His Royal Highness was joined by Hytera President and CEO, Mr. Qingzhou Chen as well as Deputy Mayor of Slough Councilor Christine Small, Chief Executive of Slough Borough Council Ms. Ruth Bagley and Slough MP Ms. Fiona Mactaggart to celebrate the facility opening as another milestone of Hytera’s growth in the UK.

Shenzhen/Bad Münder. Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH now forms part of the Hytera family and is broadening its product range by DMR systems as well as by digital and analogous terminals. At the same time, the location in Bad Münder is being expanded to become the European subsidiary of Hytera.

Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH now provides TETRA and DMR radio infrastructure and terminals.

From 14 to 17 May, 2012 , the TETRA World Congress 2012 (TWC) will be held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center, UAE, gathering 2500+ TETRA users, manufacturers, network operators, application developers and system integrators.

From April 13 to 15, Europoltech 2011 (International Fair of Technology and Equipment for the Police and National Security Services) was held in Warsaw, Poland. Public security organizations in Poland like the Polish Police, Border Guard (SG), State Fire Service (PSP), Government Protection Bureau (BOR), Prison Service (SW), Customs Service (SC) etc. all participated in this year’s event.

August 5th, Shenzhen—The Share Sale, Purchase and Transfer Agreement had been signed between Hytera Communications Co. Ltd. and Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG in Munich?Germany on July 20th, 2011. According to this agreement, Hytera shall purchase 100% shares of Rohde & Schwarz Professional Mobile Radio GmbH (hereafter refers as “R&S PMR”) which is owned by Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co.KG., and will assume responsibilities on relevant liabilities and projects guaranties. The acquisition is pending approval by both the Chinese and German governments. R&S PMR’s current employees, projects obligations and premises remain the same after the completion of the acquisition, and PMR will become the operation center for Hytera in Europe.
