iF DESIGN AWARD 2018 for LTE multi-mode advanced radios from Hytera
Prestigious award for the LTE multi-mode advanced radios. Hytera has won this year's iF DESIGN AWARD with its latest revolutionary products from the world of professional mobile radio.
The LTE multi-mode advanced radios were given an award in the "Product" category. They are the first of their kind to provide a truly convergent platform for transmitting critical voice communication and LTE broadband data services. The independent jury, consisting of 63 international experts, provided the following reasoning behind its decision: "In the Information Age, a traditional two-way radio is not enough to meet the increasing requirements from various sectors, especially public security which has high requirements in terms of information collection, transmission, and storage." There were many applicants, with the jurors having to choose between 6400 submissions from 54 countries when awarding the coveted symbol of quality.
